MY STORY
I began practicing yoga in 2003 as a way to reduce stress in my life. It quickly became a regular activity after noticing its calming yet energizing benefits and its holistic approach to life. After teaching French for 15 years, my strong interest in the many facets of wellness and yoga led me to become a yoga instructor, or rather, a yoga "facilitator".

My goal is to positively affect the well-being of the people in my community by providing a practice that allows students to explore, and find what they are looking for through breath and movements. Allowing time between poses, offering enough cues and modifications to adapt the poses to every bodies and conditions are key elements in my teaching. I enjoy sharing different aspects of yoga from the yoga poses, to breathing and meditation techniques, philosophy of yoga, tapping into elements of Ayurveda or Chinese Medicine with the meridians or energy channels of the body.
